Time lapes from the International Space Station

   

I'm a sucker for time lapses, especially star photography.  Living in LA, it's a bit trying to try your hand at that, to say the least.  So seeing it on a global scale is surreal.  Billions of lights emanating from earth to make a blotch of light miles above the earth and billions of stars twinkling away in the backdrop.  Those lucky ducks up there get to see something none of us will get to see in our lifetimes first hand.  Days you wish you had gone into the airforce. Or weren't scared of heights.
