Tonight David Jones, aka Davey Jones, was featured on One Magazine's Blade Life section. I'm usually a fan of One's ability to work in print and online as seamlessly as it does. This is no exception. Davey's a chill guy and a spectacular guy to watch in park. Go to Monday Night Skate in Long Beach and watch him tear through the air and go up the vert wall any which trick he wants. But I digress. Ben Karris, interviewer and friend of mine, asked if I wanted to shoot Davey, and I said I was down. A week and a half later, the story's up on One's site. I can't tell you how absolutely stoked I am to see this:

17-50mm, probably f/4.5, 1/100 and iso 400. Single sb strobe from 5-6 feet front and center, gridded.
17-50mm, f/8, 1/160, iso 100. Two lights - 1/1, camera left and behind, 8 feet up, gridded and pointed up; the other is camera right, 1/4 on a superclamp. Both with a 1/4 CTO gel.
